Kitchen Team Member - Wonton Noodles
(Full-time/ Part-time)


We are launching a new Noodles food stall in Central London, bringing even more classic Hong Kong flavors to London and sharing the vibrant tastes and culture of our city.

Job responsibility

- Prepare our signature Hong Kong food and drinks representing the highest quality and presentations

- Learn and master the operations in all stations e.g. fryer/ noodle/ pass/ drinks, help with ingredient preparation and use the POS to help with customer orders.

- Work with the team for a smooth kitchen operation and have each other’s back during peak service hours and break time

- Manage the smooth running of your section before, during and after service

- Manage food standards and quality across all stages of food & drinks preparation, cooking and service, ensuring our high company standards are consistently met

- Carry out temperature reading recording and food safety check on a daily basis

- Participate in any training and personnel exercises designed to improve standards and performance

- Wear clean, suitable uniform at all times and ensure a high level of personal hygiene & grooming

- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards

- Receive and store deliveries, rotating stock and record wastage as needed

- Assist with general kitchen cleaning tasks at opening, closing and throughout the day

Requirements:

- 1+ years of experience in a professional kitchen

- Knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team

- Knowledge of UK food and safety laws and regulations

- Right to reside and work in the UK

Job Package & Benefits

- Work location: Food Hall WC2H

- Full time contract with options of 4 days (35 hours+) or 5 days (40 hours+) contract

- Part time opportunities available

- Salary starts from £13.33 ph, to be adjusted after probation and based on experience.

- Part time roles available

- Work according to rota, including weekend works

- A weekly changing rota provided 14 days in advance.

- 28 days annual leave inclusive of bank holiday, or pro-rata holiday pay if you work part time

- Free staff meal on rota
