Job Responsibility:

- Greet guests upon arrival, assist with ordering and escort them to their table.

- Deliver food and beverage orders to the table in a timely manner.

- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customers are satisfied with their dining experience.

- Clear tables and reset them for the next guest in a fast-paced environment.

- Run and maintain beverage station when required

- Follow all health and safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

- Collaborate with and assist the kitchen team to ensure that food is prepared and served to guests' specifications.

- Maintain the restaurant at high levels of hygiene and tidiness at all time including but not limited to floors, service stations, bathrooms, shop front etc.

- Assist in other Ad Hoc general restaurant tasks when required including stock rotation, waste disposal etc.


Requirements:

- Prior experience as a waiter, barista or in a similar customer service role.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

- Familiarity with POS systems.

- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays.

- Ability to work well as part of a team.

- Excellent attention to details and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

- Right to reside and work in the UK

Job Package & Benefits

- Full time & Part time

- Salary starts from £28,000 and will be adjusted based on performance and after probation

- 28 days annual leave inclusive of bank holiday
