We are launching a new Noodles food stall in Central London, bringing even more classic Hong Kong flavors to London and sharing the vibrant tastes and culture of our city.

Job Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Greet guests with a smile, explain our menu of Hong Kong classics, and take orders accurately using the POS system.

• Drink Preparation: Learn to prepare our signature Hong Kong-style drinks (e.g., Milk Tea, Lemon Tea) to the highest quality and presentation.

• Service Coordination: Work closely with the kitchen team to manage the "pass," ensuring food is served hot and correctly during peak service hours.

• Section Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming counter and dining area before, during, and after service.

• Hygiene & Standards: Ensure a high level of personal hygiene and grooming while maintaining compliance with all health and safety regulations.

• Teamwork: Support the kitchen team during busy periods and help with general cleaning tasks at opening and closing.

• Inventory Support: Help monitor front-of-house stock levels and ensure all condiments and packaging are replenished.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a front-of-house or customer-facing role.

• Communication Skills: Excellent spoken English and the ability to engage warmly with a diverse range of customers.

• Fast-Paced Performance: Ability to remain calm, organized, and friendly under high-pressure service periods.

• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on order accuracy and stall presentation.

• Team Player: A proactive attitude with a willingness to jump in and help colleagues wherever needed.

• Right to reside and work in the UK.

Job Package & Benefits

• Work location: Seven Dials Market WC2H 9LX

• Full time / Part time contract

• Salary starts from £13.00 ph + (to be adjusted based on experience and performance)

• Work according to rota, including weekends

• 28 days AL

• Free staff meal on rota, or food swap with other trader friends
